Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent was sweet and not my favorite, but even when I applied a lot it didn't feel sticky, which was nice.
I was impressed by the light, non-sticky texture. It feels smooth when you pick it up, and it's easy to blend into your hair from the ends to the middle, and it doesn't weigh down your hair and gives it a natural shine.
After towel drying, I apply this oil to my hair and then dry it with a hair dryer. It protects my hair from the heat of the hair dryer and keeps it manageable without stickiness. It feels great. The reasonable price is also a plus.
Since I bought this hair oil, I've been using it every day after a bath! I love it so much that I no longer want to use anything else. It controls dryness, frizz, and flyaways, so since switching to this hair oil, styling my hair the next morning has become so much easier! The Prism Rose scent is also elegant and soothing!
I tried a sample of the Chantrie from the same line and loved the scent, but I still had a lot of Chantrie left, so I decided to buy the hair oil for now. It has a lovely rose scent. I apply it before blow-drying and leave it for a while. The scent is still there after drying, but I don't notice it the next morning, so it's perfect for perfume lovers. I have a lot of hair, about 10cm below my collarbone, and one pump is just enough to leave it moisturized. It also gives my digitally permed curls definition. The pump-type oil can be a bit tricky to use when you want just a drop, like when you're concerned about dryness before going out or when you want to apply a little to your bangs. However, I like the scent and the finish. (December 2024) = Update = I'm a repeat buyer and am using this. My hair ends are damaged like a Licca-chan doll's due to a salon mistake, so I mix this with Elujuda's Pink Hair Milk to keep them hydrated.
