On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does international shipping take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I recently cut my hair into a bob, and I started to worry about the frizz and dryness caused by the volume of my hair, so I decided to take the plunge and buy this comb I'd always wanted. I could immediately see the results when I combed my hair, and it managed to keep it in place and reduce frizz. I also feel like I've had fewer flyaways. I use the coarse teeth to blend in oil and the dense teeth to comb my bangs, so it's easy to style everything with just one comb. It comes with a bag, so it looks convenient to carry around, and I plan to use it more and more from now on.
I had been using a comb from the 100 yen store for a long time, but when I was looking for a comb that I could use for both washing my hair and styling, I came across the ReFa comb. It's light and easy to use, but it doesn't feel particularly luxurious, haha, but it's easy to use and doesn't cause much friction!

I comb the ends of my hair with the coarse comb, then comb the whole thing with the fine comb. I like it because it keeps my hair in check even if it gets frizzy in the morning.
It's soft and comfortable on the scalp. That's why I also use it to style my children's hair. The different coarseness of the hair makes it versatile.
