Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had been curious about LpLp Thalassocare The Mask, so I gave it a try! First of all, I really love the scent! It has a refreshing citrus scent, but also a sweet coconut-like scent. It's an indescribable, wonderful scent. I really love the scent! And the rich texture leaves my hair feeling moisturized. It leaves my hair beautiful and soothing! I plan to use it when I'm tired or need some pampering, or on special occasions.
I purchased this along with the shampoo and conditioner. It has a wonderful scent, making bath time more enjoyable. Even a small amount of this mask leaves my hair very moisturized. Normally, I wait a while after applying a mask before rinsing it off, but this mask leaves my hair moisturized even when I rinse it off right away. It's said that it's best to apply conditioner after rinsing the mask, but I tried using conditioner over the mask and felt that my hair was very moisturized. With this series, my hair feels very manageable the day after using it. I'd like to continue using it for a little while longer.
I purchased a subscription from the official online shop. (I signed up because I could cancel at any time, but it seems I can only cancel by phone. I wish it was possible to do so online...) The scent is simply amazing. It's refreshing and natural, reminiscent of a mojito... with hints of lime and mint. (It's very similar to Neal's Yard Remedies' summer-only body care product, Lime & Mint, but it's not a herbal or aromatherapy scent.) I'm tired of the harsh, overpowering, artificial scents of hair care products that aren't natural, so this is a great product. I'm also pleased with the results. It smooths out frizz beautifully. (It doesn't damage hair, so I'm not sure about its damage management.) The "large lid" idea, which keeps water out of the bathroom, is a great idea, and I thought, "I've always wanted something like this!" However, when I actually used it, the area of the bottle that wasn't covered by the lid was too small, making it difficult to open with wet hands. I wish the lid was a little smaller. I feel the price is high. The reason is that the packaging design makes it look like it's in a similar price range to hair care products sold at drugstores for around 1,000-2,000 yen, and I don't know much about the manufacturer...When I actually use it, the product itself is of high quality and seems worth the price, but my first impression is that it's expensive.
Just one use left my hair smooth and shiny, and I was impressed by the salon-like finish. The scent is also refreshing and lovely! Many hair masks require time to leave on, but this mask can be used easily without any time to leave on. It only needs to be used once or twice a week, so even I, who hates to bother with hair care, can keep it up.
