Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I recommend this product for the dry season. It's quite thick and sticky, so I use it exclusively before bed, and I haven't experienced any dry lips this winter. I'll definitely be using it again at night!
I was interested in this product because it has an image of being gentle on the skin, but it was often out of stock and I couldn't buy it for a while, but I finally bought it. It's thick and rich when you apply it, which is very helpful in the winter. Also, while jar-type products are a hassle, this one comes in a tube, so it's easy to take outside. I would like to buy it again.

After application, it lasts longer than I expected. It's easy to apply and I'm glad it's easy to use. As expected, Alrouge doesn't irritate my skin.
