Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The pink one was surprisingly watery, so I wonder if it's more moisturizing?
I was thinking of buying it as a gift for a friend, so I wanted to try it out for myself first to see what the scent and feel was like, so I bought the single-use version. I use ReFa hair milk and I love the scent, so I was hoping it would be the same, but it was a little different and not my favorite scent. After drying my hair with a hair dryer, it was so smooth and moisturized that I found myself stroking it repeatedly.
I've been using the leave-in conditioner from the same series and I love it, so I bought the Chantry as well. When I used a hair dryer, I was surprised that my hair didn't tangle at all, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" I was so impressed with how smooth it was. It didn't dry out my hair all day. I'll definitely be buying it again. I highly recommend it.
The packaging is so cute that it gets me excited. It makes my hair smooth and shiny, and it keeps it looking shiny even on the second day, so I can really feel the salon-quality results. I also bought the disposable pouch for travel from Suzykirei. It's so cute that I almost feel bad throwing it away.
It has a subtle scent and is easy to use. It felt a little light on the skin, so if you like heavy products, I recommend a different type.
