It beautifully covers dullness and unevenness, adheres tightly to the skin, and gives a long-lasting makeup finish. It's comfortable to wear and goes well with any makeup, so it's my favorite. I keep buying it over and over again.

I was using Kate's eye base, but it didn't last long. I found this when I was looking for something else. It's a light beige color that really brightens up any dullness above the eyes. It also adheres well to eyeshadow. It does contain fine pearls, so be careful if you don't like them. The tip is thick and difficult to apply, so I apply it on the back of my hand and then use my fingers. It's definitely easier to apply that way. I'd like to buy it again if I use it up and don't find anything better.

It's an eye base that keeps the foundation from smudging, which is really great.
