Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love KINS cleansing oil. I was also curious about this lotion, so I bought it. It's a slightly thick, mild lotion. First of all, the container is simple, lightweight, and easy to use. There's a faint scent, but it's gentle, so it's fine. It's moisturizing without being sticky, which is a great thing, and I really like it. I think this product prioritizes gentleness to the skin, so it may not contain any amazing ingredients like whitening or anti-sagging, but I like the fact that it simply conditions the skin and replenishes moisture.
The lotion was a little thick. It had a smell I'd never noticed before, but it wasn't too strong.
I tried KINS lotion. It's a fermented lotion that focuses on aging cells, which is very appealing, and is perfect for me, who wants to take good care of my skin according to my age. It's thick when you put it in your hand, but when you apply it, it blends in smoothly and penetrates into the skin. It has a slight oily feel, and I love the bouncy texture that deeply moisturizes my skin. I like the feeling of being fully moisturized when I apply it in layers. Some fermented products have a slightly unique scent, but this one has a gentle, faint yogurt-like scent that I didn't mind at all. Rather, it gives me the feeling that "Ah, good bacteria are at work!" (laughs) It's a great ally in anti-aging care, and I can rely on it even in the dry season.
