Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Recently, my skin has been feeling quite sensitive, probably due to fatigue, so I decided to buy this product, which had good reviews. I was a little surprised when I opened it, as I had always imagined creams to be whitish. It was a refreshing, brownish, transparent gel. I really liked that it's odorless, making it gentle for those who are sensitive to scents, and that it's not sticky so it won't affect my makeup even if I use it in the morning. It might not be quite moisturizing enough at night, but I'll definitely use it until it's gone!
It's safe to use even when your skin is sensitive and prone to irritation. A small amount glides smoothly over the entire face, providing intense moisture without feeling sticky. It's easy to use in the morning before applying makeup, and the moisturizing effect lasts until the next morning.
I was having trouble because I could no longer use ACSEINE, but then I came across Decensia's Tsutsumu! My skin, which had been ruined by hay fever, was instantly restored!
Creams can sometimes irritate the skin, but this is safe to use. It moisturizes without being too sticky.
The texture is somewhere between a cream and a gel. It has a slightly Vaseline-like feel, but it's not sticky, which is a strange texture. It has a filmy feel, so people's preferences may differ, but I really like it. It feels like it seals in the skin tightly and doesn't dry out. There are other face creams that are resistant to drying, but I can't quite reach for heavy creams, so I guess liking the texture is important...! I use it every night with makeup, and I feel like my makeup goes on better the next day.
