Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture felt good when I tried it on the back of my hand, but for some reason when I used it as eye makeup it was hard and didn't have any color payoff. Maybe the color paid off a little better when I rubbed it into the back of my hand first? It was a little difficult to use.
It's easy to write with! The lead is hard and doesn't stick to the skin, which is great! The thickness is also good. If you use a screw brush, it blends out nicely and is easy to use. I like ultra-fine leads, but I also like eyebrow pencils of this thickness, and I buy a lot of them, but for this price, the finish is amazing. However, for some reason, it's not sold near my house (lol).
Pencil types are convenient because they allow you to create fluffy eyebrows in a short amount of time, so I usually use Canmake's Perfect Airy Eyebrow and Cezanne's Ultra Fine Eyebrow. I have bushy eyebrows, but there are some areas that aren't growing, and it would take a long time to fill them in with the ultra fine tip, so I bought this. However, in the same price range, Canmake has a brush attached to the end, so I often end up picking that one. It's not bad, but I've used it up and don't plan on buying it again.
I don't have a brow end, but for the longest time, only Media eyebrow pencils have been able to draw and show color. I've tried Cezanne's ultra-fine tip eyebrow pencil, Excel pencils, and Kate eyebrow pencils, but none of them worked. Even after applying powder, for some reason, Media pencils were the only ones I could use, and I've been using them for years. However, they only came in dark colors, and I wasn't satisfied with the color. I recently bleached my hair, and I wanted to lighten my brows, so I found this one, and it was cheap, so I bought it with high hopes. The color was so smooth and I was able to draw it in! I was so happy. It's a light color, but it has strong color and you can draw it in thinly. And it's only about 500 yen! I think I'll be using this one from now on (^^)
I was using the old product and was running low, so I bought this renewed version. When I tried it out, I felt like the powder was finer and more uniform. I was pleased that the color hadn't changed at all.
