Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I saw it in the store and was intrigued by the fact that it was the premium version of Pure Natural, so I bought it. It was a cream with a smooth, thick texture and high moisturizing power. I used it instead of a night cream. It was only about 1,500 yen, so I thought it was good value for money. I've also been interested in this eye cream, so I'd like to try it.
It's effective against blemishes and wrinkles, and is a mild, firm cream that can be used on sensitive skin. I have dry skin, so I use a generous amount. I'd be happy if it had a scent. I hope I can feel the effects.
