Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love SUQQU's eyebrow powder, and I wanted to try this eyebrow mascara too, so I bought it. I like that it spreads evenly into the finer details and doesn't become crumbly or harden. If it hardens, it can easily pull off your eyebrows during cleansing, but this doesn't happen. The only drawback is the high price, so I'll consider buying it again.
It's natural and gives a finish that looks just like your natural brows. The color is translucent, so it really does color naturally rather than dyeing your brows. I don't think it will be enough for those who want to completely change the color of their brows. I would definitely recommend it to those with thin brows or those with slightly groomed black hair. It doesn't make your brows look frizzy, but it keeps the hair in place and gives a sophisticated finish that doesn't look forced. I'm blessed with an abundance of hair and very dark brows, so I use it after dyeing them. So this subtle effect is perfect.
The handle is long and easy to apply. The finish is not crumbly.
