Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a salon shampoo that I use regularly, so I bought the trial size for when I go out. It's supposed to be for night care, and when I used it, the first thing I noticed was the soft, relaxing scent. My hair remained smooth even after drying with a hair dryer. I plan to buy it again for travel.
I always use the white Ceratis. The white finish is also good, but this one leaves a noticeably smoother surface. There's no rough feeling after washing, and the soft texture lasts for a long time. I'm impressed.
It's not too strong and has a unique, calming scent that's great. Even with my thick, coarse hair, it leaves it shiny and moisturized, which I love. This is my second bottle.
I'm currently using the Ceratis Night Repair series, and I tried this single-use version, which seems even more moisturizing. My hair is thick, coarse, and curly, but since using Ceratis, it's become really manageable and straight. My hair is now straight and has a natural shine, which is amazing. The Premium EX Night Moisture I used this time feels even more moisturizing and powerful. It seems to provide excellent protection from winter dryness. And the unartificial lavender and rosemary scent is very soothing! It's not too strong, so it's nice. If you, like me, don't like sweet or strong musky/floral scents, I recommend giving it a try.
I received this as a gift and have used it up, so I'm posting this. I have really bad frizz, but this Ceratis product, which is said to be effective against nighttime frizz, was better than this one. This one isn't bad either, but the other one is better for frizz! I think it's good for running your fingers through your hair!
