Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used it before. With the recent Orbis boom, I thought I'd try it again. My impression after using it again is that it's neither good nor bad. It's cheap, but I feel like I could do without it. I don't think it's been renewed in over 10 years, so that's to be expected.
This treatment can be used once or twice a week and can be rinsed off immediately. I gave it a rating of 6 because it's perfect for bath time on busy days. The finish is also moisturized and manageable, which I'm very happy with.

The packaging was so cute that I couldn't resist buying it. I use it once a week. It doesn't dramatically improve my hair, but it's better than nothing. I'd like to continue using it.
The result is a smoother finish rather than a moisturized one. My hair type is thick, I don't bleach it but I dye it about once every two months, and it's about average hardness. Considering the price, the results were quite satisfactory.
