How to use
取适量（约按压2-3次）于掌心，均匀涂抹于全脸，并以打圈的方式按摩至妆容融合。特别注意黑头或粗糙部位，仔细按摩至吸收。用清水或温水彻底冲洗干净。如果手部或面部过于潮湿，请在使用前轻轻擦干。无需二次清洁。如果想要更清爽的肤感，可在使用后使用洁面产品。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

(I have dry skin, so it doesn't feel tight at all) I think it's good value for money and perfect for those looking for a good oil cleanser! I'll buy it again! I bought this at a drugstore! It's a hot cleanser that warms up gently the moment you put it on your skin. Even makeup that requires a remover can be removed by rubbing it in with oil three times. I bought this for pore care, and it really does feel like my pores are cleaner. I'm happy that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight.
Hmm. I had high hopes for this, so it's disappointing. I'd previously tried Manara's hot cleanser and it was great, so I thought this might be similar, and bought it because it was cheaper. Manara is a thick gel, while this is an oil. It had a similar, gentle warming sensation, but it didn't feel particularly good at removing makeup or smoothing pores. And for some reason, I started getting whiteheads after using this. I'm not sure if this is the only reason, but I can only use it when my skin is in good condition.
I'm addicted to the gentle warmth it gives me. It doesn't dry my skin out and it removes mascara well, so I'd definitely like to buy it again.
