These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I've been using the lip oil and it was good, so I bought the stick type because it looked convenient. I was impressed by how long it kept my lips moisturized. I put it on in the morning before going to work, and in the evening I suddenly realized, "Come to think of it, my lips look great today." The color had faded, of course, but the treatment effect was outstanding. I bought 04 Almond, but it was really beige, and it didn't look healthy enough for me, making my complexion look bad. So I'm going to layer it with lipstick and gloss. Now that winter is here, I'm worried about dryness, so I'm happy that I can use the lipstick I haven't been able to use, and I'm glad I have this.
I bought it as a lip product that I can easily put in my pocket and wet. It's colored but sheer, so you don't have to worry about making mistakes even if you don't look at it. It does have a scent, so some people may like it and others may not.
I absolutely loved the color.
A soft lip balm. It's easy to use without looking in the mirror! It feels like a thin film is applied. The color is lighter than I expected and easy to use.
The fig color is very easy to use and brightens up your hair with just one bottle.
