Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo didn't lather much, so it caught on my thin hair. The treatment was thick, but not very smooth, so neither felt great to use. However, after drying it with a hair dryer, my hair felt smooth and moisturized. The scent was very strong and lingering, reminiscent of something from overseas. The packaging was really cool. It was a difficult product to judge.
I won a giveaway! Thank you! I usually use shampoo and conditioner products that cost around 1,000 to 2,000 yen, so my first impression was that this product was a good value. As other reviews have mentioned, the scent is a very sweet, overseas scent, and it seems like some people will like it and others won't. I wash my hair at night, and the scent lingers until the next day in the bath. When I went to the hair salon, I was asked, "Are you using cologne?" I have semi-long, thick, and coarse hair, so if I tried to use it every day, I would use up the whole lot in about a month. I recommend wetting your hair properly before shampooing! It lathers well. ◎ It didn't dramatically improve the quality of my hair, but I liked the way it left my hair smooth and manageable after a bath! I think it's a good product, but considering the price, I honestly don't think I'll be buying it again...
I bought this along with the shampoo! The treatment had good reviews, so I was looking forward to seeing the results, but it didn't seem to suit my hair type, as it left my hair drier and coarser than usual. I also blow-dried it as usual, but it didn't feel smooth. I like the scent, but it's too strong, so I don't think it's suitable for people who can't stand perfume or fabric softener smells, or for people who go to places like that. It's a little more expensive than regular shampoo, but with this result, I'm a little hesitant to buy it again.
I've used the body cream and oil before, and this is the first time I've tried the hair care line. I personally like the scent, but I think people's tastes may differ.
