Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I saw on a TV program that the ingredient dl-α-tocopheryl phosphate sodium has whitening and antioxidant properties that keep skin looking young! So I searched and found this product, which I bought to try. I haven't had much luck with lotions other than those containing ceramide, but this one has ceramide in it, so it moisturizes nicely. Everyone says it feels thick when you use it, but for me it's a bit runny. It's smooth and runny, so maybe it would work as a cotton pack. I don't feel any particular change, and it's smooth to use... is it neither good nor bad? It's hard to judge. I'll decide once I've used it up.
Recently, no matter what I put on my skin, it would dry out quickly and often become itchy, but when I used this lotion, the itching stopped! This product contains ceramide, an ingredient that protects the skin from dryness, so I was able to confirm once again that it was the ceramide component that my skin was lacking. I'm so happy to have found such a hit product after such a long time! I'd like to buy this product again, but I'm also interested in the all-in-one lotions and emulsions for dry skin, so I'd like to try them all.
This is a repeat purchase. I bought this for my daughter who had dry skin, but when I tried it myself, I loved it. It's moisturizing but not sticky. I apply a generous amount of this after my Attenir lotion.
