Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample of the serum foundation and wanted a bit more coverage, so I bought this one. It's semi-matte and doesn't have the sheen of the serum foundation, but it does make my skin look beautiful and doesn't clog my pores! I apply it with a spatula brush, and half a pump is enough, so it seems to last a long time! I want a sheen, so I'll buy some more serum foundation and use them together!
I'd been using Shiseido's serum foundation, but with winter approaching, my skin's redness worsened due to temperature allergies. The serum foundation didn't cover the redness, and concealer left my skin feeling dry and powdery. I'd run out of the foundation and was looking for something with more coverage. Some foundations irritate my skin, and they tend to clog pores. Shiseido's serum foundation didn't clog pores and didn't irritate my skin. Then I remembered there was another Shiseido series, and after consulting with the beauty advisor I used when I bought the serum foundation, this one looked good, so I decided to buy it! The color was supposed to be around 140 on the measuring scale, but I received a sample of 130 (they didn't have 140). I tried it, and while it had a yellowish undertone, it wasn't too strong, so it beautifully hid the redness and blended beautifully into my skin (maybe because my face is pink and my neck is yellowish). So I went with 130! I usually use just under two pumps of serum foundation, but with this, I can cover my entire face with less than one pump, plus I layer a little on the redness on my cheeks, and it covers the redness beautifully, so it's great value for money and I love it! If you find that serum foundation doesn't provide enough coverage, I highly recommend giving it a try!
It gave a matte finish. It looked dark, but it didn't bother me when I applied it to my skin. It stayed beautiful even after a while and even after dusting with powder. I felt the coverage was great. I didn't notice any creasing or dryness. I didn't mind the scent.

I received a sample of No. 220 and spent the day with it. After spending the day outside, I returned home in the afternoon, took a nap with my kids, and when I woke up, my skin was no longer oily, even though it usually feels oily. I've tried many different makeup products, but this one lasted the longest, so I rushed to the department store before closing time to have the color matched and ended up with this one. They said that maybe my inner dryness was causing my makeup to break down easily, so I also bought a primer with serum. The sample only had sunscreen as a primer, but I was impressed by how smooth it was for the first time. I used NARS Lift Powder as powder, and it had no problems. It had good coverage, and I used less concealer than usual, so it wasn't a problem.
