These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was compact and very easy to use.
The ReFa shaver has a simple, cute appearance and is well-made. The pouch is also cute, so it looks easy to carry around, and I like it.
I just bought it and am still learning how to use it. It doesn't seem to cause much damage to the skin.
It doesn't irritate the skin and is convenient for shaving missed spots! I also appreciate that you can change the blades! I'm happy that it's so affordable and easy to maintain.
I thought it would be amazing because it's a ReFa, but...? That's what I thought. Maybe I'm using it wrong, but I couldn't shave the fine hairs on my face the way I wanted (^^;; It was difficult to shave the high areas on my cheeks no matter how many times I went back and forth... Also, I thought it was great for preventing accidental activation, but it was a bit difficult because you can't stop the vibration with one hand. I'd like to use it a bit more and see what happens.
