US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'd been using a drugstore lotion, but I was troubled by the amount of information available, so I decided to get a full range from department store cosmetics, and chose the very simple-looking est. I was drawn in by the visuals, but after using the sample, I felt it had moisturizing power, so I bought the full product. I'm applying it in the way recommended in the store: "apply one pump, then add another." I was skeptical that two pumps would be enough to moisturize, but when I actually applied it to my skin, it spreads very well. I'm not sure if it's an anti-glycation measure, but I feel like I'm not feeling as yellow and dull anymore.
