How to use
用刷头尖端沿着眼线画一条线。首次使用时，或刷头开裂难以使用时，请按压按钮数次，使液体均匀分布在刷头上，然后用纸巾抚平刷头后再使用。如果之后再涂抹眼影，可能会导致液体难以挤出，因此建议先使用眼影。如果线条变淡难以描绘，请盖上盖子并摇晃容器数次。然后，打开盖子并按压按钮数次，使刷头充分浸润液体。将墨盒装入笔座。(1) 打开盖子并旋转笔座，将笔头从容器中取出。(2) 将墨盒的银色球头牢固地插入笔头，确保没有缝隙，然后将其装回容器中。盖上盖子并摇晃容器数次。(3) 打开盖子并松开刷头。将刷头朝下，用力按下按钮并保持约2秒钟。重复此步骤约 20 次，使液体充分分布在刷头上。（按压次数可能因按压方式而异。）液体可能需要一些时间才能完全分布在刷头上，因此请注意不要用力按压按钮。 <usage precautions>使用后务必盖紧盖子。由于刷头干燥迅速，即使盖紧盖子，如果长时间不使用，或刷头上残留眼影或其他化妆品，刷头可能会变干变硬，导致难以使用。此时，请缓慢按压按钮数次，使刷头充分浸润液体，然后用纸巾轻轻擦拭。注意不要让液体进入眼睛。如果不慎入眼，请立即冲洗。温度或气压波动（例如在飞机上）可能会导致液体在使用过程中溢出。如果液体从刷头溢出，请用纸巾擦去多余的液体，并在使用前将刷头重新塑形。如果刷头变硬或已完全浸润液体后仍按压按钮，液体可能会积聚在刷头底部并溢出，因此使用时请注意不要让液体滴落。盖着盖子按压按钮可能会导致液体溢出。盖上盖子时，请小心不要夹到刷头。当笔芯用完时，请立即更换新的笔芯（需另购）。笔芯用完后，刷头会干涸变硬，无法使用。请勿将产品存放在阳光直射或高温环境中。请勿用水清洗刷头。如果笔芯安装不顺畅，或产品手感或外观出现问题，请购买新产品。更换笔芯时，请使用Inwi眼线液笔芯。</usage>

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to draw a consistent line. It's perfect for drawing thick eyeliner. However, the line at the outer corner of my eye disappears over time. I'm currently searching for something that lasts longer.
I use it every day. The color is not too strong, so you don't have to apply too much, making it very easy to use.
I really like the colors and thickness of the brush, but I feel like the brush tip wears out quickly, even though it comes with refills. I've already bought four pens since the redesign, so the cost performance isn't great at all. However, I'm still buying it because I can't find anything else I like. I wish the brush tip and refill were integrated like other manufacturers. I want to use it until the pen itself falls apart...
I'm from the generation that used to love Inwi eyeliner about 20 years ago. While there are now more affordable brands, this brush is firm and easy to apply. I used to only use black, but as I've gotten older, I'm in the mood for softer shades like brown, which doesn't look too harsh. The cartridges are affordable, so I keep buying them.
I haven't gotten the hang of it yet, but the tip is thin and easy to use.
