Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Lately, scented shampoos have really made me nauseous, so I've been trying different things. This time, I bought this along with Osaji's unscented shampoo. It's a bit more refreshing than Osaji's shampoo. My hair is damaged from dyeing, but it doesn't tangle or cause any discomfort. (Personally, I prefer it to Shiseido's Airy Flow shampoo.) The scent wasn't particularly bothersome either. After shampooing, I used Osaji's conditioner. My hair is coarse, frizzy, and coarse, but I think Osaji left my hair smoother after washing and better manageability after drying. However, there are times when Osaji makes my hair feel a bit itchy...or maybe not as itchy, but I don't think this is as bad. I might use it permanently once the refill and treatment are released.
I bought this product after reading the reviews when my scalp was extremely itchy during the change of seasons. It didn't immediately relieve the itch, but I noticed that it might have gone away after using it. Compared to shampoos with good cleansing power, this is for sensitive skin, so it doesn't leave a very refreshing feeling after washing (maybe it makes the scalp a little oily?), but that seems to be good for my scalp, and I feel like I've broken the cycle of over-cleansing, which leads to dry scalp and itching! I'm going to use this for a while and see how my scalp and itchiness go!
I was using Collage Full Full to treat itching, and it helped, but then suddenly it started to get really itchy! I was worried, so I noticed that d Program, which I also use for skin care, also has a shampoo, so I bought that and tried it. At first, it was still itchy, but after a month, the itching stopped bothering me. It also moisturizes my hair, so it's great.
I suffer from dry skin, an itchy scalp, and hair loss. Using this shampoo has significantly reduced my hair loss. I wish I had started using it sooner.
So far so good. My scalp itch seems to have eased considerably. It's a bit pricey though.
