Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it in combination with shampoo. My hair is quite damaged from repeated coloring. It doesn't seem like much, but it makes it smooth, I like the scent, and it seems to help prevent color fading to some extent. For some reason, my local drugstore doesn't carry it (though they do carry other Pantene products), so I'm glad I found it on Suzykirei.
I have fine, aging hair that's damaged daily. It may be because it's not chemically damaged, but it's still heavy. Even after rinsing thoroughly every few days, using significantly less product, it's still heavy. It took a long time to dry my hair. It was a pleasant surprise that my hair felt smooth and supple in the morning, but it was so heavy that I thought it would build up after just one use, so I won't be buying it again.
I use it about three times a week after dyeing my hair. I feel like the color lasts longer. I just don't like the smell.
I bought this along with the shampoo and conditioner. I didn't notice any special effects even after using the whole line, and it didn't moisturize my hair very much.
