How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since I started using this soap, I haven't had any major skin problems and my skin seems to have gotten smoother. The appeal of this soap is that it creates a fine lather that leaves your skin feeling moisturized after washing, and you can immediately feel the difference in your skin. I was a little surprised that the average rating was low, but it does dissolve easily, so you may need to be a little careful when using it. However, it doesn't make your skin feel tight, and it leaves it feeling smooth and toned, so it's definitely worth incorporating into your daily face wash. The scent and lather are also gentle, making it an item I would especially recommend to those looking for gentle skin care.
