Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I read the reviews and was intrigued, so I bought this. I always have oily skin, so I tried the mini size first, hoping it would help my skin. It's runny, but not unsatisfying, and it absorbs quickly. It doesn't dry out my skin, so I'm impressed. I'd like to buy it again if I can use it up and my skin gets better.
I feel it is effective against acne and skin imbalances. I tend to get acne on my face line, so I was a lotion refugee, but this lotion penetrates my skin very well and improves my skin condition. I put out a few drops and press it into my skin with my hands, so it doesn't run out much and is good value for money.

This is my second purchase. I always get acne if I'm not careful, but I feel like I'm getting less acne now. I still get acne on my chin depending on my environment and lifestyle, but I continue to use it because I trust it. It's very watery and easy to use!
The feel is good. But I wonder if it's okay to use it from spring onwards? It's light after use. In winter, my skin gets dry, so I'd be fine with it remaining on my skin for a little longer. I also use KANEBO face wash, so it goes well with my skin.
