Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not sticky and is good.
I have sensitive skin and suffer from atopic dermatitis. When my atopic dermatitis is at its worst, it stings, but when I use it when my skin is calmer, I don't feel any irritation! It's moisturizing and spreads easily, so I'd like to use it again when my skin is in good condition!
I use it at night and the moisturizing feeling lasts until morning! I also feel like my skin condition has improved.
I've only been using it for a week or two, so I haven't seen any noticeable results yet, but it does leave my skin feeling slightly moisturized, so I think it's easy to use.
I was concerned about wrinkles on my neck and thought this would be effective, so I bought it! So far it seems to be working well. I think the price is just right for the ingredients.
