Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's good that it comes off easily, but it stings when it gets in your eyes...
This is my second bottle. I use Addiction mascara and gel eyeliner, and they don't smudge, which is great, but with gentle cleansers, I can't tell if they've removed them. This doesn't sting my eyes, there's no need to rub, and it easily removes other brands' eyebrow mascaras and tints. It's also moisturizing.
While I was looking at gel eyeliner, the beauty advisor tried this remover, and it came off easily with one wipe, so I bought it immediately. It solved the problem of mascara and eyeliner residue always smudging on my lower eyelids! Since it's in emulsion form, it causes less friction than liquids, so it seems like it could be good for anti-aging care. It may not be the best value for money.
I received a sample at the store and tried it out, and it removed my makeup without stinging, so I decided to buy it. The area around my eyes can get irritated even with the slightest difference in ingredients, so I'm glad I can use this product.
It has a slightly thick texture. I soak a cotton pad in it and wipe it off, and it removes eye makeup and lipstick beautifully. There's no residue left behind, and even after wiping, I cleanse my face and wash it, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized.
