Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I buy this product again and again. I use it when I'm too lazy to do skin care. I'm grateful that it moisturizes my skin to a certain extent.
It's great for dry winter days. I bought the small one first and used it. It's an all-in-one product, but it's very moisturizing, so it's great for dry days. It can get in your nails if you have long nails, but it's portable and doesn't take up much space, so I find it very useful for trying out all-in-one products that are difficult to use.
I bought this as an all-in-one product for days when I don't feel like bothering with skincare. Since it was available online, I didn't check the texture, but I really like it! It's a bit heavy, if anything, but the texture is perfect for the middle of winter. It felt like it provided plenty of moisture. It would also be good to keep it by my bedside for extra moisturizing before going to sleep!
My skin has been dry and red recently, but this product doesn't irritate my skin and doesn't make it worse, so I think I'll keep using it.
The moisturizer prescribed by my dermatologist isn't enough, so I'm hoping this will help. I've been using it without any problems so far, but sometimes I suddenly get allergic reactions, so I hope that won't happen.
