Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's really good. It can be used even on sensitive skin. It's not sticky but has moisturizing properties and feels great to use. I also love the scent, which reminds me of FAMMU.
I've been using this product since before the renewal. It has a thick, transparent texture that feels moisturizing when applied. It refines the skin's texture and tightens pores, making them less noticeable. It also brightens and gives a radiant complexion. With the renewal, I feel like the moisturizing and tightening effects have been further enhanced. It's a product I can't live without all year round, both for UV protection in the summer and moisturizing during dry seasons. I have sensitive skin and am sensitive to vitamin C, but this product is fine. FAMMUE generally uses many naturally derived ingredients that are gentle on the skin, but they also produce visible changes even on mature skin, making it one of my favorite brands.
It's a vitamin C serum, but it's quite moisturizing and moisturizing? I don't feel any irritation. It absorbs well. I haven't noticed any obvious changes yet, but my skin texture seems to have improved a bit. If my impression changes after using it up, I might consider repurchasing it. The scent is a bit strong for me, but that was a negative point for me.
The luxurious scent is amazing, like a beauty salon! It's not sticky, which is typical of vitamin C cosmetics! The glass bottle has a luxurious feel, but it's quite heavy.
It penetrates and moisturizes the skin well.
