Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I heard that it's good for rough skin, but I didn't really notice any effect. However, it wasn't that it didn't suit my skin, so it was just average. I used it in the winter because it has high moisturizing power, but it may be a bit sticky for some people.
I bought this because I heard that if you apply it when you get acne, it will heal quickly! It doesn't have any moisturizing power, so I don't apply it to my whole face, but only to the acne. I don't know if it's effective or not. I feel like it heals faster, but.
I've just started using it, but it feels moisturizing and doesn't dry out my skin. I haven't seen any results yet on acne or rough skin, so I'll try using up the whole bottle.
I only applied it to the red areas of acne. I felt like it reduced inflammation a little, but it wasn't an immediate effect, so I needed to continue using it. It didn't sting.
I received a sample, so I tried it! When I took it out, I thought the texture was a bit heavy, but when I put it on my skin, it spread better than I expected. After using it, my skin feels moist, but not sticky, which I personally like. I'm trying it at night, so if I wake up and the redness and spots have subsided, I'll buy the full product!
