Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I've been buying this eyeliner again and again! I only use it on top of my eyeliner, but it doesn't smudge or flake off, so I recommend using an oil cleanser to remove it.
Black can make the eyes look harsh, but the brownish orange is just the right color, giving them a relaxed, soft, and bright look. I love products with orange in them, but they're not often available at drugstores, so I'm glad I can buy them at Suzykirei!
I've been using this for a long time. It draws a very thin line and gives a beautiful finish all the way to the outer corner of the eye. I love that it doesn't smudge even after a long time, so I hardly ever need to touch up my makeup.
I bought 05 Darjeeling Pink. Black eyeliner doesn't suit me, so I was looking for a pink that would blend well with my skin. This color is just right, and I love it. It comes off normally with tears, but it doesn't completely disappear, so I'll keep using it for a while and see how it goes.
I've repurchased this several times. I really like Cinnamon Beige because it doesn't create an eyeliner that's too obvious, blends nicely with eyeshadow, and tightens the eyes. Those who like heavy eye makeup or want to draw a strong eyeliner may find it lacking, but I would recommend it to those who prefer a more natural look, such as those who don't use a strong eyeshadow color.
