Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought a small Kanebo lotion that I wanted to take with me on a trip. I've only used it once so far, but my skin tends to get dry and is sensitive, and it didn't dry out the next morning either, so it was very comfortable to use!
I saw a mini size at the Lucua store to try for a week and I couldn't help but buy it. (I knew it was popular) The feel was very good. Maybe it was just me. my face felt a little warm. My makeup didn't stick or come off! I want to try the whole series, so I'll probably buy them all.
I have dry skin, and applying this several times seems to make it less dry during the day.
This is my third bottle. I've been using it since it was first released, in combination with other skin care brands! It has a good balance of oil and moisture, and it blends in easily with the skin. I have slightly sensitive skin, but I can use it without irritation and it calms my rough skin. The scent is refreshing. a handsome scent.? It makes my morning skin care routine more fun!
I jumped at the chance to try this product because it claims to work on the bad sebum that causes dryness and rough skin. It doesn't feel like it penetrates the skin that much, but it feels like a film is forming on the skin. I'm not sure about rough skin, but it seems to be effective against dry skin.
