Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's hands down the best face wash I've ever used (in both effectiveness and price, lol). I casually tried a sample and my skin became smoother than ever before... What is this? I haven't changed anything else, so this face wash is the answer! Amazing! I thought, and immediately purchased the full version. It's expensive, but it's great value for money because it can create such a thick lather with just under 1cm of foam coming out of the tiny holes. (A cleansing net is essential.) It should last me at least three months if I use it only at night. Since I started washing my face with this face wash, my skin has been in such good condition that I've gotten used to touching my smooth cheeks. I also love the scent.

I tried the sample and liked it so much that I bought the full product. I hadn't found a face wash that I liked, but this product is great! My skin feels smooth and supple after washing, and I don't feel dry at all. The price is a bit high, but it does a good job of removing dirt, so I plan to buy it again.
I've recently become a fan of FAS skincare and have been collecting them little by little. I previously tried the trial size of their face soap and liked it, so I decided to buy the full product! ************************ Lather: I usually use a foaming net, but this lathers up quite well even without. The foam is thick and has a bouncy texture. After washing, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed, yet strangely not dry. It thoroughly removes only the excess, so it seems to appeal to both dry and oily skin types! ************************ Not only does it remove dirt, but I also really love the feeling it leaves my skin feeling firm after washing. When I tried it before, I thought it had a faint scent unique to fermentation, but after using it for a while, I no longer noticed it!
I was amazed when I used the sample! The thing I noticed most was that it removed dullness and brightened my skin tone. It has a strong cleansing power but doesn't dry out my skin. I'll buy the actual product!
