It hides pores beautifully and is very good. The loose powder was easier to use.

I recently bought NARS loose powder at Suzykirei, as it was a limited edition product. It's so smooth! But it doesn't dry out! The lavender color makes my skin look brighter! And it keeps my makeup in place! I've tried a lot of different loose powders, but this one is my number one right now. I'd love it if the lavender color became a standard item.

I loved this when I was using liquid foundation. I've tried other loose powders, but I keep coming back to this one. It looks whitish when you first apply it, but it blends in quickly. It gives a finer finish than other loose powders. I didn't notice any pearly feeling, so I applied Clé de Peau highlighter on top. I also bought a NARS brush, but ended up applying it with a puff, so towards the end the powder would get stuck in the mesh and wouldn't stick to the puff, which was disappointing. I didn't want to waste a fair amount, so I would cut open the mesh with scissors and use it again.

I've been using the pressed powder for a long time, but this is the first time I've purchased the loose powder! My skin gets so dry in the winter that I tend to apply the loose powder lightly. I used up all my Kosedeco powder, and the SHISEIDO powder I was interested in was out of stock, so I was looking for something to try. I was drawn to the limited edition color, so I decided on this one. I was a bit worried about the powder scattering when I opened the inner lid... but if I apply it lightly with a large brush, it goes on lighter than the pressed powder, so I don't think it'll dry out my skin as much! It seems to contain glitter, but it's not noticeable when you put it on your face, which is great! I also like that the case is compact and not bulky!

I usually use loose powder, but it was sold out, so I bought the limited edition color that was in stock. This one contains fine pearls, but they're not noticeable when applied to the face, and the pressed powder has a more radiant finish. Compared to regular lift powder: Glossiness → Pressed coverage → Neither is noticeable, but it's smooth → Ease of application of loose powder → Loose powder requires repeated brush application to become smooth, so I prefer loose powder because I prefer a smooth finish. It's easy to use and doesn't dry out my skin, and it doesn't make my T-zone shiny. However, it contains behenyl alcohol, which isn't usually included, so those with sensitive skin should be careful. It didn't irritate me, but I'm still concerned about the presence of this ingredient.
