Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use it on lightly bleached hair. I used it in combination with the shampoo and treatment. Even when I used less, it was quite heavy and sticky, so it didn't suit me. It might be for people who want to keep their hair moisturized. The fact that it takes a long time to dry is a problem, so it's difficult to use in hot weather. The results were pretty good, so I think I'll use it on days when I have plenty of time to use the hair dryer.
I've only used it once, but it did help keep my hair in place. However, I don't think I'll be using it again.
I bought the rinse-off version first and liked the feel, so I bought the dry version as well. The dry version has a lingering scent, so be careful if that bothers you. If you can get smooth hair at this affordable price, it's a must-buy.
I was told this was good for bleached hair, so I bought it. I applied it to damp hair and it didn't stick. After shampooing, I applied it and dried my hair, and it left it soft and manageable.
The texture is heavy, so it's perfect for me, who has a lot of thick hair, but I think it's not suitable for people with thin, fine hair. I used it before using a hair dryer, but it didn't dry easily and I struggled. I wait a little while after styling and apply it to the ends to prevent dryness. Be careful not to use too much! I don't think I'll buy it again. I like the scent, though.
