Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels like a normal face wash
Even though I have extremely dry skin, my face didn't feel tingly at all. It lathered well, and the fine, dense foam allowed me to wash without friction. The foam rinsed off easily, leaving a clean feeling. It also had a gentle, pleasant scent. The packaging, or rather the lid, was a twist-and-turn style, so after pouring it into one hand in the bath, it was quite difficult to close the lid with just one wet hand. I wish it had a more snap-open lid. Because it looks cheap? But I wanted convenience.
I won a gift from Suzykirei. I tried it and found that a small amount creates a fluffy, non-dripply lather. My skin felt moisturized and supple even after washing my face. Thank you very much!
