Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up the whole bottle. I don't like the scent, which reminds me of pool chlorine. It's also a bit of a pain to have to apply it to dry skin. It's a very gentle scrub and doesn't seem to irritate.
A very gentle scrub face wash. Brightening, smoothing, and jelly-like texture. It's gentle on sensitive skin and leaves a moisturizing finish. It removes any roughness, so I use it every few days.
Some products that contain scrubs can be irritating and can't be used, but this one was easy to use and didn't feel too rough. The scent wasn't too strong, but it was relaxing. I didn't notice any immediate effects, so I'd like to see how it works when I've used it up and consider repurchasing it.
After just one use, my skin feels shiny and exfoliated, which is great! I highly recommend it!
