Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin feels quite tight after washing. In this case, I think the regular one is fine.
It removes makeup incredibly well. It emulsifies easily. However, when I pour it into wet hands, it turns white. Huh? Doesn't this emulsify too quickly? Also, I want to use it in the summer when I'll be wearing loads of Anessa, not in the winter when I don't wear much makeup!!! So I stopped using it for a while. It doesn't make my skin red, but I can feel the strong cleansing power. I think it's for people who wear a lot of makeup.
I previously used Pure Cleansing Oil and it was a good choice, so this time I bought Deep Clean. It has a thinner texture than Pure Cleansing Oil. I personally prefer the slightly viscous texture of Pure Cleansing, but Deep Clean feels more refreshing. (It's refreshing, but doesn't dry out my skin, so it's great!) As for the scent, it's herbal or green? I quite like the scent, but it's a scent that people will either love or hate.
I've been using Attenir oil for many years, but after watching Hiro Odagiri's video, I decided to buy this one too. It definitely leaves my pores smooth. And it doesn't feel tight. It's smoother than Attenir, so I was a little worried at first, but I was surprised at how smooth my skin felt after washing. It also removes makeup well. I recommend it to anyone struggling with pore issues.
Although it is an oil, it feels light and doesn't leave any tightness, and I think it removes makeup cleanly.
