Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,

Why do I freeze it before use?
Freezing turns the essence into a cool sherbet texture, so the sheet chills the skin as it hydrates. The cooling helps refresh and tighten the look of skin, which is why it works well as a pre-makeup prep step.
Where can I use these sheets?
The square shape suits the face, and it also works well as a neck pack or hand pack. Use it wherever you want a quick burst of cool hydration.
Is it a limited edition?
Yes. The sherbet freeze-type is a limited release of the partial sheet pack line. Limited items tend to sell through and may not be restocked.
How long do I leave it on?
Three to five minutes is enough, since it is a quick prep step rather than a long treatment. Remove the sheet and press the remaining essence in before moving on to makeup.

On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does international shipping take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It leaves my skin feeling cool and moisturized in the morning. I have very dry skin and it gets flaky in the evening, but it still feels moisturized in the evening! It's great! I want to use it every day, but it's not cost-effective. I wish they made it in a large pack with a square container! I want to use it every day! It's easy to apply to the neck and back of the neck, and it's great for other areas besides the face! When I look in the mirror, I realize that the skin on my nape isn't as clear as I'd like, so I'd like to apply it to my neck and nape as well... It's definitely worth trying at least once.
