How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like sticky skin, but I highly recommend it to those who are suffering from dry winter skin.
I had previously received a sample of this product and wanted to try it, so I purchased it along with the lotion. First of all, the soft herbal scent is soothing. The lotion is a little thick, but it quickly absorbs into the skin with a cotton pad. It feels like it moisturizes deep into the skin. I also like that it's not sticky. I'm looking forward to seeing how my skin feels after I finish using up the whole bottle. It's also great that it comes with a refill.

I have sensitive, combination skin with atopic dermatitis, and when I use it as part of my nighttime skincare routine, it keeps my skin moisturized until the evening of the next day. It's super moisturizing.
