Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this as it's the season when UV rays become a concern. The scent is unique, as others have said. When I first used it, I was a little hesitant because I didn't like the scent. However, I got used to it over time, and now I can use it without it bothering me. After using it for a few days, I noticed that my skin tone was brighter and my skin texture was smoother when I applied my makeup in the morning. I feel that it is effective in combating dullness.

My skin feels moisturized and supple after use. My makeup goes on better, too. It stays moisturized until the next morning. I think it evens my skin tone. I liked this balm and was looking for something else, so I bought this one with good reviews. I wanted a brightening serum, so I used it along with the balm. I thought it would be smooth, but it was actually thick. However, it wasn't sticky and absorbed after a while. It seems to contain vitamin C derivatives, so it should also work on pores. The only scent I can think of is a slight smell of the ingredients. I've only been using it for three days, but I'm hoping to use it only at night and see the brightening effect.
