Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up the whole bottle as a test. As it is an astringent lotion, it is perfect for caring for skin that is prone to damage in the summer. At the end of your skincare routine, apply a generous amount to a cotton pad and gently pat it onto your skin until it feels cool. Since using it, I have noticed that I have fewer acne and skin problems, and my pores are less noticeable. I was surprised at the price for a Carman lotion, but I think it's worth it. It is one of the most comfortable astringent lotions I have used so far. It's a lotion that you'll want to use when summer comes.

Another plus is the subtle moisturizing effect. I tend to avoid using astringent lotions due to my dry skin, but Creel's astringent lotion is easy to use, even for me, and is perfect for the upcoming season, so I plan to use it often.
