What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My natural hair is fairly strong and thick, but because I've had highlight bleaching it's damaged and frizzy. I apply this hair pack once or twice a week after shampooing, focusing on the ends, and then my usual treatment. By the next morning, my hair is moisturized and well-groomed. As the name "heavy" suggests, it's very moisturizing, so I recommend it especially for those with bleached hair. The finish after drying is also nice, but what I like most is the scent. It's not the sweet floral scent that's common with treatments, but a refreshing, calming herbal scent, which is great. It's so relaxing while you're caring for your hair!
After using it, my hair became smooth and easy to run my fingers through.
I also like the scent, so I bought it. My hair felt great the next morning. I used a ReFa brush and it was fine on my days off.
It has a thick texture, so it stays on your hair without dripping even after leaving it on for a few minutes. The tube type makes it easy to use, and after rinsing, it leaves your hair feeling moisturized and manageable. The same goes for after using a hair dryer. Those with thin, thin hair may find it a bit heavy. The scent is herbal and woody, which is relaxing, but the herbal notes are quite strong, so it may not be to everyone's taste.
