These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The box design is simple and won't interfere with your interior, and the cotton pads are easy to use and won't get on your face. It's simple, but there's nothing I don't like about it, so I keep reaching for it. My skin is sensitive to friction, but this one feels soft and doesn't irritate my skin, so I can use it without any problems. I've used a slightly more expensive product sold at Shiseido's counter, but this one is just as good, so it's great value for money! I like it because I can use it generously to remove point makeup.
The thickness is just right and it absorbs moisture well, so I think it's good for wiping away moisture, but I've used a slightly wider, smoother cotton pad before, and I think that one is better.
