Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried Damage Treatment EX for the first time and it made my dry, brittle hair shiny, moisturized, and smooth. My hair was quite thick and fluffy, but it now holds up well! While using it, I could feel the smoothness even while rinsing it off, and even though my hair is long and below my chest, I could feel the smoothness all the way to the ends ( ･ω･)! However, I don't know if it's because my hair is long, but the effect after rinsing it out faded and as I dried it with a hair dryer, I felt a slight roughness... Well, it can't be helped with age, but it still felt a bit dry... After drying, I used the leave-in treatment milk type and hair oil, and by the next morning my hair was much more manageable ☆ It's a bit more of a hassle compared to Plus O, but... I wanted it to be a little more moisturized so I'm thinking about buying it again... But ( ･ω･)! After using this, I applied Anov's treatment and my hair became very bouncy, shiny and smooth, so if you use the whole line, you'll definitely get sexy hair☆☆☆☆☆So I might end up buying it again☆☆☆Aging hair is tricky in many ways.
I had been using the Deep Damage Treatment EX for a while, but it was too heavy for daily use, and my hair became rough and stiff, so I bought this for everyday use. It's not too heavy and leaves my hair smooth. It's easy to rinse and manage, and the hair started to get rougher after about a week of use. I'd like the ends of my hair to feel a little more moisturized, so I plan to use the Deep Damage Treatment EX as a special treatment, while keeping an eye on the results.
