Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is an excellent lip product that protects and moisturizes your lips while coloring them in your personal color. It's rich and thick, but it doesn't stick to the glass, and it doesn't get washed away in bulk. It adheres well. What I like most about this product is how cool and cute the case is. Every time I see the letters TF on the inside pocket of my bag, I feel a little happy and my spirits rise.
It's a must-have for looks! It's great to carry around and lift your spirits. At first, it gave off a bluish pink color on my dull lips, but after some careful lip care, it now gives off a beautiful pink color that matches my complexion! A secret trick? If you put it on at night and sleep, the tint effect will keep the color until the next morning, so it's also recommended for when you want to look rosy after waking up (such as when staying overnight).

My impression is that Tom is truly impressive. It gives off a beautiful pink color that suits me perfectly. This may be the first time I've seen such beautiful color from a pH-based lipstick. It matches my personal color and I can find the color that suits me best. It's perfectly moisturizing and has a tint-like color that lasts a long time. Best of all, the packaging is stylish and luxurious. Just putting it in my pouch lifts my spirits. I also recommend it as a luxurious skincare routine before bed.
