Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Addendum 2026.01.08 These are my impressions after using one product. The firmness of my lashes and the feel of applying mascara are different depending on whether I use this product or not. I think the key is to apply it thinly and as evenly as possible. If it's not evenly applied, it can clump. With the base, when I use mascara, I feel it gives my lashes a glossy, firm, and upward extension. It lasts all day without any problems. When I remove it, it depends on the mascara, but I use a remover. I don't know the correct method yet, so I'm using it because I feel safe using a remover. However, I recently noticed that some of my lashes have broken off. I don't know what the cause is. I think it's one of the options for making your lashes look beautiful (^^) 2025.10.11 I learned about it through a product introduction from BA. At first, I thought it was white, but by adjusting the pressure, it became less noticeable. I was able to use mascara without any problems, and I felt that it gave my lashes the most length. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed that my lashes have become firmer, probably thanks to the serum ingredients, and I feel like I can use it without an eyelash curler.
The fine silicone brush allows you to thoroughly coat even short lashes! It really adds length, so I no longer have to worry about short lashes in certain areas, and by using this, my lashes stay lifted all day long!
It doesn't get too liquidy and the finish is natural. It's good for makeup. It's a little pricey, but I plan to buy it again.
It doesn't contain fibers, so it doesn't stretch much! It makes your lashes a little thicker! It turns white, so I recommend it for people who wear a lot of mascara! I wear mascara every time, so I wanted some volume, so this was great! I want to layer it with something that has fibers!
