Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's thin and easy to draw.
I'm buying this again. The tip is thin and very easy to write with.
It's thin and easy to apply, and the color is exquisite and easy to match with your hair color. However, it runs out quickly, so it's not cost-effective.
It's neither too hard nor too soft, and the color is strong, so I'll definitely buy it again. I just love how easy it is to write with.
I've been using this product since before the relaunch, and it's an essential for me. It's expensive for a pencil, so I used the Cezanne one, but MAC is still superior in terms of application, color payoff, and staying power. It's a product I'd like to buy even if it's expensive. I only use it on the end of my eyebrows, so it doesn't wear off that much.
