Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
This is a must-have when you're eating and drinking for a long time, such as at a drinking party!! First of all, it lasts a long time! And it doesn't come off messily either. As it's called a soufflé, it has a light and fluffy finish that feels comfortable. However, it does dry out and become rough and irritates the skin, but compared to other lipsticks, it's much less damaging. Overall, it's far superior to the matte lipsticks that cost nearly 5,000 yen at department stores. It spreads well and is easy to blend, so I recommend layering 1 on top of a pale color like 2 or 6, which is a cute way to apply it.
I have fair skin and a warm, autumn undertone. The texture of Mud Mist and the impression it leaves on my lips are a big hit! While I feel like Freshly Digged Red Clay is more rosy and vibrant (so if you want to accentuate your lips a little, Freshly Digged Red Clay might be a better choice), Mud Mist adds a healthy glow without being too noticeable. The smoky undertones create a languid, exquisite color that I really love. I like to dab it on the top of my lips to blend it in. It lasts well. It's safe to wear even after eating and drinking. However, it does dry out more than regular lipstick. It peels easily if left unattended, especially with an air conditioner or heater, so I think it's important to take care of it. I was recommended a matte lipstick during a personal color analysis, so I bought Mud Mist, then used it up and decided to try something different, so I bought Freshly Digged Red Clay. I'm thinking about repurchasing Mud Mist. I never realized how much I loved Mud Mist. And I never thought Mud Mist would suit me so well. It wasn't until I lost it that I realized how much I loved Mud Mist... Whether it's Mud Mist or Freshly Dug Red Earth, they're not cute at all, and they're not exciting at all, so they're really names that don't get me excited at all... What's with all the mud and earth stuff? But, well, it's true that they're grass and earth... and I chose them based on my personal color alone anyway, so it can't be helped...

Kate Lip Monster Souffle Matte M08 Doyomeku Banquet has a soft, light souffle matte texture that is highly pigmented and non-drying. The muted rose gives it a mature look that's perfect for everyday use. The color lasts well too, making it my favorite.
I wasn't a fan of matte lipsticks, but I heard they're not drying, so I gave them a try! They feel light and fluffy right after application, and adhere to your lips within minutes! The surface becomes smooth over time, but the moisture inside still feels like it's there! I was impressed by how the color remains subtle even after meals, making it easy to reapply!
