Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It does moisturize, but it feels a little sticky and doesn't spread very well. I think it works better if you mix it with oil.
*I like the UV Protection Base MT that I received from the brand and use it often, but compared to that, I feel like this one has a more subdued cooling sensation. (Maybe it's not that cooling?) It's a cream type, but it doesn't spread very well. On the other hand, it fits well, has a smooth, non-sticky finish, and doesn't come off as easily for a natural makeup. It's light to wear, doesn't seem to put much strain on the skin, and can be removed with soap, so it seems good for people who prefer light makeup. - 01 Light Beige (light skin tone)
